Payment Reference — Required
Use your order number (e.g. #TPC-10245) as the payment reference. You will receive this by email immediately after checkout. Without a valid reference we cannot match your payment to your order, which may cause delays.
How to pay by bank transfer
Complete your order at checkout and select Bank Transfer as your payment method. Make a note of your order number — you'll need it in step 3.
Log in to your online banking app or website and set up a new payee using the account details shown above.
Enter your order number as the payment reference and send the exact amount shown at checkout.
We'll confirm your payment by email, typically within 1 working day. Your order will then be packed and dispatched with next-day delivery (cut-off 2pm on working days).
